Senior Back-end Java Developer

We’re now looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our talented team and help us take the platform even further.

• Design, build, and maintain backend features and integrations end-to-end (from technology selection to deployment).
• Research and introduce new technologies that make our product faster, smarter, and more resilient.
• Analyze and optimize system performance — create metrics, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions.
• Ensure our architecture supports continuous, heavy data loads and high availability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

• Strong software engineering background and passion for clean, reliable code.
• 5+ years of professional experience working with Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of unit and integration testing.
• Experience with (or curiosity to learn) our stack and tools.

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, KeyDB
• Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Infrastructure: OpenStack, Azure, Nomad, Kubernetes
• Monitoring: Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Zabbix
• Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs
