About the role

We’re looking for an energetic and client-focused B2B Sales Manager to join our driven Sales team.

At Linqo, we believe strong partnerships are built on trust and understanding. You’ll be constantly on the move — meeting new clients, understanding their needs, and finding the best ways to deliver value.

Your day-to-day

  • Meet with existing and potential clients across Lithuania.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in the Lithuanian market.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Lead negotiations and help clients overcome current and potential business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Represent Linqo at public tenders, exhibitions, and industry events.

What’s important for us

  • Higher education.
  • Professional English language skills.
  • Driver’s license.
  • 1+ year of successful experience in active B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of the heavy commercial vehicle market – an advantage.
  • Interest in IT, telecommunications, or fleet management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Persistence, self-motivation, and a strong results orientation.
  • Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.
