About the role
We’re looking for an energetic and client-focused B2B Sales Manager to join our driven Sales team.

Your day-to-day
- Meet with existing and potential clients across Lithuania.
- Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients in the Lithuanian market.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Lead negotiations and help clients overcome current and potential business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Represent Linqo at public tenders, exhibitions, and industry events.
What’s important for us

- Professional English language skills.
- Driver’s license.
- 1+ year of successful experience in active B2B sales.
- Knowledge of the heavy commercial vehicle market – an advantage.
- Interest in IT, telecommunications, or fleet management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Persistence, self-motivation, and a strong results orientation.
- Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused mindset.
